Niclas Malmberg

Niclas Malmberg was born 1970 and grew up in Dalarna, Sweden, where he was introduced to the piano and flute, later also the church organ, through the public music school.

His musical interest led him to Gothenburg for a Cantor Degree, and in1989 he continued his education at Uppsala University, studying composition. The diversity of his musical background, from the churchmusic, being a keyboard player in pop and rock groups, to writing songs and music for children is reflected in his music.
