Basically it’s a diary that gives you a number of questions in the morning and the evening. Easily done in just 5 minutes.
Each morning you will be asked to consider what you are grateful for, what would make it a good day - and your mantra (affirmation) for the day. You also get an inspirational quote to get you started.
In the evening you write down 3 things that was great about the day and one that will make tomorrow better.
