We offer a 14 Days Return Policy and a Two-Year Warranty. The present right of return
only applies to media that is returned in its original, complete packaging (Downloads not
eligible).

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. Check for errors or omissions. If you have a
faulty or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Buying Downloads

Unless otherwise indicated, there is no right of return for digital products (Downloads)
purchased on mindly.co.uk, but the two-year warranty is still valid. This applies to all digital
products on the website (clearly marked as Download or E-book, MP3, PDF and other
digital formats).

Delivery takes place immediately after payment. You download directly from the website
or via links sent by email.

If you cannot download the files you have ordered, please contact mindly.co.uk by email. No
further technical support is provided.

All items purchased on mindly.co.uk are protected by copyright and are licensed for personal
use only.

When returning physical products, the product must be returned to us in the same condition it had been received.

In order to receive a refund for a download you must delete the files from your computer.

It is also not permissible for you, or a third party, to circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security countermeasures or safeguards. If you wish to quote some of the purchased material, it must be done in a proper academic way. As a customer it is your responsibility to prevent a third party from distributing the purchased material. If you do not respect this agreement, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
